IKOBO ALERT, the world money transfer system is reporting that it will be restoring service by issuing new cards to every member in the Ikobo system! It has been almost a year and many of us had given up hope on IKOBO for its horrible horrible reporting of its status and service. The many reports from IKOBO promised service would be restored soon but months crawled on until the first quarter of 2011! However the new news is that IKOBO will be sending out new cards !? So we are playing the IKOBO waiting game again but it's a change.

iKobo is currently issuing new iKobo Visa Prepaid cards to all recipients. During this period re-issue process, no new funds can be sent to recipients. You will be notified as soon as money sending is open again. We expect that you will able to send money again in a few weeks.
