Victoria island has a thriving music scene and one of most richly talented bands is Rainshadow. The leader of the band is "Rainshadow AL". Afro/Latin rock is their speciality but they are very diverse. In 2010 they can most often be found playing at Bart's pub at the Executive House Hotel in downtown Victoria near the inner harbour. A really great professional band, one of the most proficient on British Columbia they are really worth checking out.
